It’s the finale of “Who Framed Roger Rabbit” that many people today might think of when they hear this happy tune. It was also featured in--and provided the title for--a 1931 Warner Brothers Merrie Melodies cartoon. Singers here are Joe & Don Mooney, with maniacal laugh by Selvin trumpeter Bob Effros.
