A Top 5 hit in Britain, and his last Top 10 there, Dave Emdunds' version of the Elvis Costello song 'Girls Talk' also made the Top 10 in Australia in the last quarter of 1979. His biggest hit in 6 years, Dave would chart again the same year with Hand DeVito's 'Queen of hearts' a track that would provide a million seller for Juice Newton just 2 years later. The Welsh musician struck it gold first time out in 1970 with 'I hear you knocking' a No1 smash in Britain and Australia.
