Description
How Great Thou Art
The Paul Baloche version sounds really good. Unfortunately, he only uses two verses, when there's four verses available, and makes a 7/11 ending. The original version with only two verses sometimes gets played on Christian radio, and runs for just under 5 minutes. The ending I'm not worried about but it would be nice to have all four verses running with these background instrumentals. Hence this remix was made.
In the original track, verse 2 and verse 4 (relative to this remix) were chopped out.
Verse 2 is great - shows an appreciation for Creation. There's scientific proof showing how the world evolutionary view is flawed. www.creation.com if you want more.
Verse 4 is about the end times. If you've been wondering why life is difficult, there's a reasonable possibility that Jesus will be coming to remove His people from the Earth (1 Thessalonians 4 & 5) before chaos breaks out (Great Tribulation, Matthew 24:21). More information on that is in the video presentation featuring my remix "Free This Town? Shepherd's Paradise!".

Lyrics:
Verse 1:
O Lord my God! When I in awesome wonder
Consider all the works Thy hand hath made.
I see the stars, I hear the rolling thunder,
Thy power throughout the universe displayed.
Chorus:
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee:
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee:
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
Verse 2:
When through the woods, and forest glades I wander,
And hear the birds sing sweetly in the trees.
When I look down, from lofty mountain grandeur,
and hear the brook, and feel the gentle breeze.
Chorus:
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee:
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee:
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
Verse 3:
And when I think that God, His Son not sparing,
Sent Him to die, I scarce can take it in;
That on the cross, my burden gladly bearing,
He bled and died to take away my sin:
Chorus:
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee:
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee:
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
Verse 4:
When Christ shall come with shout of acclamation
And take me home, what joy shall fill my heart!
Then I shall bow in humble adoration,
And there proclaim, my God, how great Thou art!
Chorus:
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee:
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
Then sings my soul, my Saviour God, to Thee:
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
How great Thou art, how great Thou art!
