Description
This is a live performance by the University of Michigan Symphony Band of Rimsky-Korsakov's Procession of the Nobles from Mlada. This performance was recorded on January 15, 1961 in Hill Auditorium, Ann Arbor, Michigan. This was the band's last concert in Ann Arbor before departing on their 15-week tour of the Soviet Union, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, and the Mediterranean, culminating in a Carnegie Hall concert.
