------------ PROLOGUE
"In the Viking world, where war and heroic honor reigned supreme, love could exist—yet it was always measured against the worth of battle and the struggle for power.
In much the same way, our modern age often stands as love’s greatest adversary: a rationalist, self-serving, and belligerent society, stripped of the fundamental virtues of respect, altruism, and the purity of feeling.
In the film, peace and love bloom side by side; yet in the end, after the turbulence of social conflict, the story settles into a quieter peace—one born of distance. The protagonists, now older, remain forever bound by the memory of the romance that once brought them together.
And so the question lingers: does peace create the space for love to grow, or is it the sheer force of love itself that sends out ripples of hope—ripples strong enough to shape a world of serenity, well-being, and justice?"

"In una società come quella Vichinga, dove le priorità erano la guerra e i soli valori eroici, l'Amore era possibile ma sempre sottoposto al valore di una battaglia ed al confronto di potere. Allo stesso modo, oggi, il vero nemico dell'Amore è la società stessa, razionalista, egoista, belligerante e privata di quei valori fondamentali come il rispetto, l'altruismo e la purezza dei sentimenti. Nel film si vede che la pace è associata allo sbocciare degli Amori ma, alla fine, dopo lo scontro sociale, interviene una pace basata sul distacco dei protagonisti, ormai più vecchi, ma sempre legati a quel ricordo romantico che li ha uniti. La domanda quindi è: è il clima di pace a favorire l'Amore, oppure, è la potenza di un sentimento a generare echi di positività che favoriscono la giusta serenità per evolvere nel benessere e nella giustizia sociale...?"
